Support the ‘Keeping Gmos Out Of Food’ project
The ‘Keeping GMOs out of organic’ project is a two years and a half project (2018–2020) following the ‘Keeping GMOs out of food’ which will end in June 2018. This new project aimed at:
- Strengthen GMO-free organic food production by organising and supporting the organic movement in its effort to develop practical strategies to stay GMO free and to facilitate discussion with the GMOfree sector.
- Develop positions and coordinate advocacy work to maintain the ability of the organic sector to remain GMO-free.
This new project will have a specific focus on new genetic engineering techniques, to follow the crucial ongoing discussion at the European level and make sure these new techniques will be regulated as GMOs.
